What we collect and why

When you submit the AI Operations Assessment form or the general contact form, we collect the information you provide — name, contact details, company context, and the operational details you share — for qualification, scheduling, follow-up, and service delivery. We do not request tenant or resident data through either form.

Who receives this information

Assessment and contact submissions are processed using Netlify (hosting), Supabase (data storage), HubSpot (CRM and sales follow-up), Resend (email delivery), Cal.com (scheduling), Cloudflare (DNS and security), and, for site usage only, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. We do not sell your information.

Analytics and session recording

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and move through this site, and Microsoft Clarity to see aggregated interaction patterns such as heatmaps and session replays. Clarity replays are configured to mask what you type: the contents of every form field on this site, including your name, email, phone number, and anything you write in a message box, are hidden from the recording. These tools set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser. You can block them with your browser's privacy settings or an ad blocker without affecting your ability to use the site or submit either form.

We also honor the Global Privacy Control signal. If your browser or an extension sends GPC, neither analytics tool loads at all on your visit, and you do not need to do anything else.

How long we keep it

Inquiries and assessment submissions that don't become a client engagement are retained for 24 months after your last interaction with us. Records tied to an active or completed client engagement are retained for as long as required for contractual, financial, and legal obligations.
