What we built

We built a multi-step outreach agent that handled the entire LinkedIn sequence from prospect identification to booked call:

  • Scraped and filtered a list of 500 qualified prospects matching the ideal customer profile
  • Sent personalized connection requests based on each prospect's profile and recent activity
  • Executed a 5-message sequence timed across 14 days with dynamic branching based on reply type
  • Automatically logged activity, flagged hot leads, and drafted Calendly replies for the founder to review and send

The result

In 30 days the agent ran outreach to 8x more prospects than the founder had been reaching manually. 22 discovery calls were booked. The founder's only job was to show up to the calls.

What we built

We built an operations agent that intercepted every new lead the moment it came in and managed the full nurture sequence:

  • Connected to all lead sources (Zillow, Realtor.com, website form) via webhook and CRM integration
  • Sent a personalized text and email to each new lead within 90 seconds, referencing the specific property they inquired about
  • Qualified leads through a conversational sequence and routed hot prospects to the right agent with full context
  • Ran a 30-day nurture sequence for leads that didn't convert immediately, keeping the team top of mind

The result

The result

The problem

The client was running a property investor network and needed a reliable way to send new deals to their list the moment properties became available in AppFolio. They were paying a third-party service thousands of dollars a month to do it. The data was already in their system — they were just paying for someone else's wrapper around it.

What we built

We built a direct integration between AppFolio and their investor distribution system, replacing the third-party subscription entirely:

  • Connected directly to AppFolio to monitor for new and updated property listings in real time
  • Formatted each property into a clean, investor-ready summary with key details and financials
  • Distributed to the investor list automatically the moment a property was made available
  • Logged all distribution activity with a record of which properties were sent and when

The result

The third-party service was cancelled. Properties now distribute automatically the moment they go live in AppFolio. The client owns the system outright with no ongoing subscription cost and no vendor dependency.

The problem

Stream's business is built on precision and personal service. But every new client added more hours of manual work: sorting documents, chasing month-end materials, running payroll, preparing reports. Growth was becoming a liability. The work was too repetitive to keep doing manually and too important to rush.

What we built

We designed and built five AI agent workflows that handle the operational load end to end, working inside their existing tools — QuickBooks, Gmail, and their client portal:

  • Document intake agent: monitors the client portal for incoming bank statements and receipts, extracts and categorizes each file, and routes it to the correct client account in QuickBooks
  • AP processing agent: reads incoming invoices, matches against client records, flags discrepancies, and queues approved payments for review — exceptions only, not every line item
  • Month-end close coordinator: generates client-specific checklists at the start of each cycle, pings clients for missing documents, and tracks response status without manual follow-up
  • Automated reporting agent: pulls QuickBooks data on a set schedule, formats P&L and cash flow summaries for real estate investors, and delivers them to each client automatically
  • Lead qualification agent: runs new prospects through an automated intake sequence and delivers a briefing document before each discovery call so no time is wasted on basics

The result

Manual data entry and document routing across five workflows is fully handled by the agents. The team's time is freed for higher-value advisory work. Stream can take on more clients without the operational overhead scaling with each one.
